Glow

A warm glow of late afternoon light against the study window.  

Its been slightly colder than of late so we had the stove on tonight and sat watching it glow and listen to podcasts - in my case, I was catching up with the last series of BBC Ramblings in which Clare Baldwin meets with different people/groups and walks with them and talks about varying issues.  

One day left of my holiday.  It feels rather unnerving to think that this might be the last two weeks off of work until September. Never mind, I had better get planning some treats and thinking of all those people who are in such terrible situations around the world and who need us to keep working towards a safer, more peaceful world.
