Not a Gus blip
This is Rowan who featured in this journal long before Gus arrived. I went for a walk with Sue and Rowan at lunchtime along the River Kent while Gus was at home with Wifie.
I've been trying to get a photo of Rowan catching a frisbee for some time. I didn't quite manage it this time either. The frisbee bounced off his nose, hence it being upside down in this shot.
With the cold weather there were more goldeneyes on the Kent than two days ago. The little grebe was there again. We had been looking forward to a dump of snow tomorrow, but the latest forecast suggests it may miss us in South Cumbria
