Cloudy with a chance of meatballs

So this is a photo from last night but it was more interesting than anything I took today.

It's Jamie's Swedish Meatballs with Celariac and Spinach Rice. I was a little apprehensive about the celeriac having never tried it before (it's not the most attractive vegetable) but it was really nice cooked with a little thyme and oil and then mixed in to the rice.
