Save a life

So today I once again (grudgingly) headed along to give blood. Hate doing it but it really needs to be done, especially as I have the sought after O negative blood group - only 7% of people are O neg and we can only accept O neg but any blood group can receive O neg so it's important that I help keep the stocks up.

As per usual it took a couple of attempts to coax the blood out before they found a good vein and it started to "gush"!

At least that's it for another 4(?) months now!
