Early start!

Hi all,
Afternoon walk and came across this beautiful harbinger of spring.
I know we are just beginning January but I find it cheering to see this clearly very optimistic flower making an early appearance.
We were thrilled that today was dry, no rain which is a quite a change.
Izzy (8) and her sister Tilly (6) two of our grand children were our guests today so, a fun day all round but, pretty tiring and now...heavenly peace.
