The Mother Stone

This morning I ended up going for a walk around Long Meg in the snow. The sky was beautiful with silvery tones and a scale like pattern. I wonder what tomorrows weather is going to bring with all these warnings, the atmosphere was still today but there was a looming feeling in the air.

Couldn't resist this shot, though I had to subtle it down a tiny bit by adding a layer of Gaussian blur to the foreground.
