New Year , new NZ calendar.

A rather dreich cold day which wasn’t helped with sad news of my cousin’s passing. Although he was very ill , it was a terrible shock.

Traditional steak pie for dinner.

Friends gathering tonight for a catch up.

No fireworks blip from me, I’m afraid. We did go up to Stirling for midnight but could hardly see the display for smoke.

Family dinner tomorrow. Can’t wait to see them and get hugs galore!
