The next generation!

Here is my eldest daughter keeping trying out my bike for size! Really warms my soul that she seems to love bikes as much as me. Cannot wait unitl the better weather comes in.

I have been feeling a little bit melancholic for a few days. Yesterday for the first time ever since starting classes, I felt like my heart wasn't in it. I sat for a moment in the changing rooms and if I hadn't seen some of my friends already, would probably have turned on my heels and went home. Even riding RPM didn't feel right - now this in unheard of.

I was still feeling a bit blue today so decided to take a day off and had a long lie. When I was having breakfast my friend Ewan, tagged me in a lovely post on Facebook. Made me feel so much better and I realised that any troubles that I have pale into insignificance compared to what other people are going through. I have so much more to be happy about than to be unhappy about.
