Last Walk of 2019

What an absolute stunning day, glorious sunshine all day.  There was a frost this morning, cold most of the day, and a cold night ahead. 

Up early, and a lazy morning around the house.  Nieces Megan and Eve came up from Glasgow this morning, with partners, and spent the day with us.  Been out for a good walk, lunch and then some family lazy time back at the chalet.  They've had to head back again, a real shame they couldn't spend New Year here.  Off out for a meal at the Winking Owl, and then drama for the bells.  Happy New Year when it arrives.  

It was such a nice day for a walk, and great to spend it with family.  We really didn't move fast, lots of photos, along with chit chat too.  Here's the lasses enjoying some good quality granny time, never take that for granted.  Mam, Eve and Megan, with Leo in the background.  Taken on the banks of Loch Morlich, near Aviemore.
