Family

The Midwinter seems to be passing by at speed. Tomorrow, Charlie goes back to Germany, so we thought we'd grab a shot of the three of us before she leaves. I am fortunate that both of them humour me, and even though the light was poor* perhaps it's not such a bad group shot. 

* all my lighting kit is Canon, which doesn't help much now I've gone to Sony. That will get fixed in time (my 430EXmkII flash gun is currently on eBay) but the pension only goes so far... [/me plays dreadful violin solo]

We've had a lovely day, with Cheryl bringing Ivy up for a visit while my brother and his wife were here. Further natural low light shots in the extras. It's been a ride this Yule, with Janet's unexpected illness and happy recovery. Here we go with a new decade. Anything can happen...
