As today’s weather turned out to be a bit better than we feared, we have managed to get out and well except our daily 10K step target. 
I took this photo at Linlithgow Loch this afternoon as we walked round. The swans, gulls and ducks were following everyone closely in case they had breadcrumbs or other bird food. The sight of a slice of bread causes quite a frenzy, see today’s extra photo.
