Merry Christmas 2019

Another calm day, but mostly cloudy, with some bright spells.  There has been the odd shower. 

Up early, and Santie had been.  Some wonderful gifts opened, and much appreciated.  A lazy morning around the house, and Christmas telly.  One thing I forgot yesterday, fuel!  Had to nip into Lerwick to fill the car.  The afternoon was spent at big Brian and Madeline's.  I had a big walk with Sammy around Scalloway, before heading down to sister Laura's.  Cheese boards, many cups of tea, and some Christmas soaps, needless to say they were as cheery as ever!  Feet up by the fire and more Christmas telly. 

Great to have Madeline home again, and been over for Christmas dinner today.  Peerie Brian took control of the cooking this year, almost as good as Madeline's, and the turkey was perfect.  A lovely quiet day, and the usual, I ate far too much!  L-R - Peerie Brian, Madeline and big Brian.  Taken at Berry Road, Scalloway.
