A Quiet Morning

Well I was "The Quiet Man" on a quiet morning at ten past four this morning as I was 04:00hrs spare so nipped up to Princes Street and walked to the bottom of the Mound for this shot looking towards the West End using some zoom for this capture of the tram lines and new poles erected for the arrival of the Trams coming to Edinburgh in 2011 oh well better late than never lol a start date of 2014 is what they are saying or possibly late 2013 but I will hold my breath on that one so after taking this shot it was back to the messroom as it was bloody freezing and it's a good job I wasn't walking like John Wayne the star of the Quiet Man as I had wore a hole in the crotch of my work trousers and I felt like an Hermaphrodite with out the male parts lol but I got a text from my Team Organiser to say a part of my replacement uniform had arrived I thought magic no more drafts in my nether regions only to discover they had one shirt for me I told my team organiser I could stuff the shirt doon ma trousers to block the draught much to her giggles so waiting with baited breath as a new uniform supplier has just delivered a big consignment to headquarters and should be dispensed Asap thank you Primark ! anyhow this is my blip for the day and its an 04:15 start tomorrow down to Leeds with the 06:06hrs service with no doubt another cold walk around my High Speed Train in the wee small hours :-) Love it Really.
