New Chocolate Shop

Delighted to find a new hand made chocolate shop while wandering round Staveley this morning. Stuart Hann, the owner is a pastry chef who was recently diagnosed with a rare eye disease and is now registered blind. He still works as a pastry chef in the afternoon but every morning he's here making chocolates. He showed me round his little factory (extra), sold me some of his chocolates and some of the chocolate buttons he uses as a base which I am going  to use to make a chocolate biscuit christmas  pudding fridge cake for son R who does not like fruit cake. Stuart hopes trade will increase so that he can stop work as a pastry chef and just make chocolates all day.
