Have I Missed Something?

Are the shops closing for a fortnight?
Are the pubs and off-licences closing for a month?
Have the rules of the road been cancelled?

That is what it seemed like when we nipped out to get some food for the next couple of days.

We actually put of the Christmas tree today - just the small one ….. 6' ….. since we are heading down south at the start of the year and wont be around to take it down.

On another tack …… I think my body has today decided that I have turned into a snake and to that end has had me shed my skin. I have never had virtually all my skin decide to peel at the same time after a dose of sun tan.
Very strange.
