Flowers (Day 1688)

It seems to have been a really busy day today. I zoomed into town first thing this morning to pay bills at a couple of suppliers, then went on to a customer who was complaining of poor water flow from their hot taps. When I arrived at the house I realised that I had been there before to sort the same problem which was caused by airlocked pipes. The new owners of the house have been putting up with it since they moved in a couple of months ago. It didn't take long to clear the air and get everything running a bit better.
From there I picked up stuff from Tesco, and more happy pills from the chemist before dumping everything at home and heading through to Stromness to a customer complaining of no hot water. A couple of tests confirmed that the immersion element had blown, which meant a trip back to town to get one, then back to Stromness to fit it.
Next up was a basin waste change which took less time to do than it did to find somewhere to park the van.
Back at home I got to see  my beautiful wife briefly before she zoomed off to her 24 hour shift at work. I loaded the truck up with a rubbish and headed off to the dump, only to find it shut (half an hour early). I harrumphed my way home and unloaded stuff out of the van and back into the garage, then got on with a couple of little jobs around the house.
With preparations for a visitation almost complete, I turned to the flower vase for inspiration for a blip and quite liked these little blooms.
