Knitted Nativity, elves in the tree and street cat

It has been busy this morning with two visits to the Post Office and some local shopping at the Co op for food and wrapping paper. I also got gold foil star gift tags, and was told at the till it was buy one get one free so pick another one up. I was delighted.
My husband has just got home, and thankfully won't be queueing in the traffic home from Manchester.
So we are watching The Christmas Card, a favourite seasonal film and eating bagels with cream cheese.
Arthur is sitting on Paul's lap, his favourite place every evening.
