It's that time of year again.  Not Christmas.  We'll, obviously, it's almost Christmas, yes, but it's scan time.  Scanxiety.  I can't believe how quickly this year has gone.  

Once you're on this road, you never assume anything, positive or otherwise.   On this occasion though, it was all good.   My consultant asked if I was ready to think about reconstruction and when I said I will never have another operation unless my life depends on it, he was surprised but said it was a really great approach.  

I skipped out of the hospital.  Yee ha!!
