Did something today which after 6 months of intensive 7am physio for cruciate ligament reconstruction 17 years ago I swore I'd never do, and signed up for the gym. It's under strict understanding with self that its just until May and the wee cycle event and that I can cancel no probs then.

Strange occurrence note: bike had soft tyre this morn so pumped it up. Could hear is hissing and see it deflating and see the gash in the tyre so decided to fix it this eve. Went to fix it tonight- big hole in tyre gone, no glass inside, inner tube not deflating and passed the water submersion test. Very odd indeed. Maybe I have puncture repair fairies, or maybe the cat is more skilled and bored than I realised.
changed the inner tube but i bet it'll be flat again in the morn.
