Too Much Water

A day of jobs. An early morning food order collection and then we got stuck into some household jobs that never get done! Both of us got a haircut at lunchtime (and a re-colour for Annie!) and whilst on that side of town I got a few photos at Watermead where the lake was at the highest level I'd ever seen. The bandstand is usually accessible on foot, currently very much not the case. 

Immy (back from university and a trip to Edinburgh) joined us this afternoon and the two of us had a visit to see a relative in hospital. Back home Annie had been busy finishing off the Christmas decorations. 

Rosie joined us after her induction day at a store in Oxford where she is working for the next three weeks. A mushroom risotto was cooked up for supper, our first meal together for a good few weeks, very tasty.
