Baguette holder goes Urban!

A sad day indeed, as I said goodbye to my favourite ever Body Step track in anticipation of the new release coming our way next week. I really enjoyed this release with Badman Riddim (Jump) and Skater boy being the stand out tracks. Oh well, I'm sure that Bodystep 90 will have some great tracks in it as well. Roll on next Tuesday.

Got some really good news about the gym putting on a Friday night RPM class which is a dream come true for me. RPM is my favourite class but can only manage to fit in two at the moment but now will be able to fit in 3 - Sunday, Wednesday and Friday which also means that I am not doing cycling based exercise on consecutive days. It's just a trial at the moment to see if we can get numbers up.
