Fascinating Concept Cars

There is an amazing automobile museum in Newport which has regularly changing, beautifully realized exhibits focused on all things automotive, in fact they describe themselves as “More of an Art Museum than a Car Museum,” and I would have to agree with them.  The current show is entitled "Styling The Future:  A History of GM Design and Concept Cars" and what fun it was to see these incredible machines.  Here are a few of the ones we drooled over:  a 1931 Cadillac V16, a 1958 Firebird III, a 1961 Corvette Mako Shark, and a 1938 Buick Y-Job.
