Natures fireworks

We had a good laugh with my colleague. "This flower is found in this office compound? Where?" We went for a walk and I showed her that, indeed, we had a pink fireworks bush (for lack of a better name) in full bloom. And it sits right behind Suresh's car (yes, Suresh works here).
