A Wee Surprise

No PD today (owners got our return date wrong) which meant I didn't have to go out in that foul weather, so I have been processing pictures for most of the day. 
There were breaks for things like shopping, eating and looking after the monsters (which went on until nearly 8pm as Bags is down south with work and son-in-law was returning from work down south).

This is it as far as picture taking today.
It is one of the bead like objects I picked up on the beach in the Maldives which are on average about 5mm in diameter. At first I thought they were plastic waste but almost immediately realised that they are shells - like tiny, spineless sea urchins (think sand dollars) all of which have this wonderful pattern on them, no matter how small they are.
