Day Lily

It's raining! I heard it start as I was lying awake during the night, and it has continued all day. So far we have had 23mm. I don't know if this will be enough for the wilting trees that are dropping their leaves three months early, or the evergreens like eucalypts that are dumping leaves big time, but it will do wonders for smaller plants.

Getting a photo in the non-stop rain was tricky. I took this shot from the bathroom window, which kept slamming shut in the wind while I was trying to focus. The polythene of the greenhouse is providing the grey background.
