Louisa May and Louisa May

Dear Diary,

I was gifted this lovely book of the fairy tales of Louisa May Alcott this weekend.  First written in 1854, this is a copy of the 1898 addition.  B&T bought this before I adopted my little Louisa May, they know I love fairies and being related to Alcott, they thought it was a perfect gift.  It is and a happy synchronicity.  My Louisa May is named after the Concord author.  I just love how Louisa May sleeps with a paw over her eyes and those tiny white paws!  I call them her "marshmallow paws".

It poured rain yesterday so I stayed in and made another felted bird.  Today it will be in the 50'sF with more rain.  No dawdling today, things to do!  I have packages to mail and presents to wrap.
