Down the Eimeo

Off to the Eimeo pub for lunch. It's my favourite pub, for two reasons:
A) it has a fabulous view across the water to the horizon
B) the notion that in the 1930s, someone evidently thought it a seriously good idea to combine alcohol and roller skating, and build both an open-air dance floor and skating rink, tickles my fancy.

I mean, add a skating rink to a pub, by all means. But a pub that's perched on a edge of a steep fall straight into the Pacific Ocean?

Now that's what I call asking for trouble.
