Winter Clear up...

I managed to get some gardening done today. Something I have not been able to do properly for 2 years since having bilateral frozen shoulders but I am very nearly at the end of the debilitating pain and lack of movement and the one great thing about Frozen shoulders is that it doesn't come back!!!! Apparently.

Fluffy Legs was great company and not too destructive and made me laugh with the mess she made on her chops just from investigating a flower pot.

I managed to get a 3 mile walk in before the sun went down and am now very much looking forward to the Celebrity Cyclone on Jungle tonight. Always my favourite bit!!
