It’s a Wrap

I had a lovely afternoon with Tamzin and Bella who came down to see me. The weather was awful, and we couldn’t go for a walk so Tam picked me up and we went to the White Cliffs Cafe for lunch. It was unusually quiet, which I suspect was down to the weather, but was lovely nonetheless.

Tam and Bella brought me home and came in for a cup of tea and biscuits, the boys were pleased to see Bella, Alan included as he just adores her! Of course they were pleased to see Tam too :-)

Then tonight I had my Christmas dinner at The Walrus with Chrissy, Alison and Barbs that was booked long before my surgery. I said I’d go to the restaurant, but didn’t want to go to any of the pubs in town due to the risk of getting my arm knocked, and the others were happy to just go there. It’s the first time I’ve been and was really impressed, the decorations were amazing, the staff were brilliant and the food was amazing, I’ll definitely be going back! In fact they have us all a voucher for two meals for the price of one in January, so it might be good to go on my birthday :-)

We walked past this cafe on our way to the restaurant and I love the huge bow which makes it look like a parcel, very simple but effective. I’ve added some pics of the restaurant to my extras.

Anyway, it’s the weekend, hope you have a good one!
