One Out One In

One the washing and grocery delivery has been dealt with I have morning coffee. I grab the camera as the bird feeder is busy. It is operating on a One Out One In principle. After coffee, it's bike maintenance time.

After lunch I walk across the Braid Hills and up to Blackford Hill. A lovely autumn day. Not too cold and not much of a breeze. The Braids are quiet. I head down to the bridle path, then down to the Hermitage of Braid and up the other side. Extra shows the trees at the north edge of the Hermitage of Braid. From here I walk up Blackford Hill. Blackford Hill is a lot busier. I can see a rain shower in the Borders to my left and one in Fife to my right. Looking straight ahead there aren't any over the Craiglockhart Hills, Extra 2. Then back to the east end of the Hermitage of Braid to Liberton, where I catch the bus. My partner won't finish work on time, so I have coffee, then head home.
