Oh Dear

Still as dizzy this morning but the doc said it could take a few days ...sleep was impossible sat up so I'm dead tired and fed up keeping my head still......hahahahaha ...
I will keep it up today then get back to normal tomorrow(I will feel better when I can move around more)hopefully it will work if not at least I've started some kind of treatment.....and my blood is fine and that was the biggest worry...
