I Hate Shopping

Up early to act as taxi and delivery diver.

Had to take son-in-law to work then his car to have a new exhaust fitted.
I have now collected the car and will be going to collect son-in-law in an hour.

In between it was that dreaded shopping and a blood pressure check-up.

Needless to say it was up a bit........what do they expect with all the stress I have had recently (and she used that damned machine instead of the hand pump to take the readings - they are always higher. My doctor refuses to use the electric ones).

The good news is that my weight is lower than I thought.
I am still overweight but not as badly as I expected.
