Late Breakfast

I went in to see Dad shortly before 11am and was surpised to see him sitting with his cereal.

One member of Staff told me he was only just up.
I wasn't to inclined to believe that as Dad has neve been a late riser.

Anothe staff member told me that he had ellected to start with his cooked breakfast and then go on to his cereal.........well - rules are made to be broken.

Knowing how slowly Dad eats these day, I eacon that would have put him sitting down at no later than 10am which is much more likely.

He was on great form when I arrived with clear speach and very quick brain responces (well for him anyway).
He recognised my face and knew I was in to visit him as soon as I walked in the door even though he wasn't sure what relation I was to him. But that didn't matter. It was nice to see him smile and laugh.
