Brugge

After a night on the ferry a day in Brugge. It was lovely.

We climbed the 366 steps to the top of the tower to see this view.

We then found a recommended pub De Gare & settled in for 2 rounds of Kwak beer at 8.4% it ensured a very pleasant afternoon afterwards!!

We then went round the Christmas markets, had mulled wine, crepes & did some shopping before heading back to the ferry.

A much needed trip. Losing our border collie a week ago has knocked us for 6. She was a very special dog to us. This weekend has helped a lot.
