Well being

At work today we have had a session on well being... very important in my profession.

The lovely R and I have had a challenging couple of weeks including losing our border collie who has featured on blip many times, last Saturday. It was really sudden and unexpected. The last 6 days without her have been surreal really.

We decided during the week we needed to get away for the weekend for our well being... so we’re heading across on the ferry for a bit of beer, chocolate and Brugge.
