Such a beautifully sunny day today - I was so pleased that I could find time to head to Stockgrove to enjoy the light through the trees, the reflections in the lake and the multitude of birds and squirrels!

A lovely time this afternoon visiting Mum, too - and one of her friends joined us. It's always so lovely to see her!

There's some canal reflections in my b&w journal

and some dewy sparkles in 'My Third'
