Needle

The other day I bought something called an LP.  It is now called vinyll.  Some of the generation below me were amused.  They had never done such a thing.  It is the very last Leonard Cohen album.  It derserves the ceremony of playing - sliding it out of the sleeve, placing it on the turntable, lifting the sylus to the first track and letting it go.  A necessary ritual.  Others don't understand.  And that's OK.
