Ready for firing

Ellen is doing a project with kids from the new primary school across the road. On a hexagonal clay tile, the kids have carved something drawn from the environment. The tiles are headed for their first firing and the kids will then glaze them. After the kids, the community will make their contribution. Then we’ll put it all together. Exciting times here.
