Quality Lights!

An evening walk around Halifax, taking in The Piece Hall of course, allowed for a glimpse of the new chocolate themed lights. They've been partly funded by Halifax confectioner Quality Street! The streets towards the top of the town have got giant sweets and lower down it's a mass of candy canes! These giant candy canes stand in the middle of The Wool Shops and really are rather impressive.

The Piece Hall was looking festive ahead of markets this weekend but I refuse to blip a tree or the giant lettering declaring the season before December 1st! :-P

I'm looking forward to watching Elton John Uncensored which is on BBC One tonight. I think it could well be fascinating!
