Sofa

Yes, I was not at work today. A sofa day.

My gastric problem has gone, and today it was a case of letting my old body recover a bit instead of being a martyr to the cause and going to work at much less than 100%. I am getting used to the idea of not being self employed any more. 

I did get out at lunchtime to buy a bit of food and the newspaper, which in turn gave me a Blip. 

Anyway, tomorrow is another day.
