Disappointing

Last summer, we repaired this wall. It looks we will be doing it again at some stage.
Having left a dry and relatively sunny Hebrides for the south of France it is somewhat disappointing to have had torrential rain all day. The plus side was that one didn't feel obliged to go and garden outside but had to sit around a huge fire in our main room trying to take off the chill of the house, 8.7 C when we arrived.
