Still on the move

Up at sparrows again, much to Tricia's enthusiasm and catching a bus into the centre of Glasgow before one out to Edinburgh Airport.
The Ryanair flight did its normal business and got us to Marseille on time before a distinctly disagreeable and unexpectedly expensive car-hire. My advice is to avoid Inter-rent car hire like the plague, Their claim that there have to pay 272 euros of bank fees if they returned a deposit to you, surprisingly more than their insurance package, is laughable. One is left between a rock and a hard place but I will be writing to various people....
Anyway off we grumpily set in our Fiat Panda and three and half hours later, after a Lidl shop, we arrived at French home. Not the hottest place in the world but the fire was soon lit.
Good not to have to go anywhere tomorrow.
