A chance to dance!

Last night I went to a ceilidh.  With my heart problem and then the op I haven't been able to dance for two and a half years so it was wonderful to be able to dance again. We toasted my surgeon when I danced a very vigorous double strip the willow!

The band is a new one and made up of well known folkies. The bass sax player is also in the ceilidh band that I play in. There were lots of people there that I knew so was great for a catch up as well as the dancing.  A super evening!
