Keswick Parkrun

It was a bit wet at times as Ros did the Keswick Parkrun ( 5K or 3miles+ ).

Nice Autumn colour still!

( I have a poorly knee at the moment, so I just took the photos )

I would guess well over a hundred took part...we'll get the results later...there were really fast runners, some good runners, some running with their dog on a lead, some running with their baby in the pram, and some walking as fast as they could!

Plenty of tea, coffee, toast etc as the finish was right by Keswick Museum cafe!
