Today was bloody freezing, indeed, some parts of the country reportedly had light snowfalls. The temperature in Bangor was 2.5°C and colder with the wind chill. Despite that, I went for a few short walks in the interest of exercise and photography. This miniature train went unused at Pickie Fun Park, although there were a few hardy children on the go-karts and playing on swings.
Around the corner, no one was braving a trip on the boating pond: No Pedalling
Over at the Long Hole, these two were taking a few risks and photographing each other doing it: Cold Sunday In Bangor, and at Ballymaconell Beach, close to home, this scene - Torpedos Away! reminded me of a computer game I once had.
I'm still not completely thawed out but the smell of Satay Chicken and the thought of an early night, reading The Cat's Table in bed, helps.
