Ruminating

A day for ruminating. The sheep and myself!
A pleasant walk to Lyne Station. It's about 4 miles from Peebles and goes along the old railway track shadowing the river Tweed.
Spotted some nice rusty old machinery along the way(see extra). I decided to make some mushroom ragu for my evening meal following a recipe from Otolenghi. I don't tend to use his recipes as they're far too complicated. It took me almost 2 hours and I was starving. The food which consisted of pasta accompanied by said sauce was, I'm happy to report, worth the wait!
