Ju mog bab
Today was the last Food Club for Esther, as she leaves Shrewsbury at the weekend. We had a Korean quiz, learnt to write our names in the Korean alphabet and made a Korean staple: Ju mog bob with seaweed and Kimchi on the side, obvs. I was nervous about how the young people would cope with it all but they got stuck in and tried everything. It's been so great to get to know Esther and I'm only sorry that her time in Shrewsbury is coming to an end already.
An evening on the sofa instead of the run that I'd been promising myself I'd do all week. I've totally lost all running mojo at the moment and with the cold, dark, wet evenings as they are, I don't know how I'll ever get it back.
