Progress

It looked a bit of a mess at this stage, but after months of planning and discussing layouts for the house, the first wall came down today, thanks to some hard work by LoJ and C. Now the whole of the first floor is open and it's very tempting to use it as one big living space, but that's the only place where the new bathroom can be built so we'll have to take a corner of it for that. It's exciting to have made a start, even though my main contributions were making pumpkin soup for lunch and taking photos!
