A Background In Tai Chi, Green Park, London

It was a bitingly cold start to the day today. So the big coat, big scarf, jumper and gloves were wheeled into operation this morning. By the time I got off the train it was a glorious winter's day  - crisp with gorgeous, sharp light. Green Park can look wonderfully stately when the weather is good as this, particularly when walking through the avenues of mature trees.
Today's image was taken looking back into the park from Piccadilly. The two men in the foreground were totally engrossed in their phones and were not taking in their surroundings at all, whereas the man in the background doing his tai chai seemed to be communing with it all. I was much more on his side.
