Feeding time in Callander

"Does he know how old we are?" whispered one woman in aqua aerobics this morning as James, fresh off the oil rigs, put us through our paces. When he is not diving in the North Sea he has a part time job as a fitness trainer.  He gets in the water with us and one of his favourite exercises is what is known as "jumping Jacks". 
Sufficient ro say we were well exercised.

Over to my favourite shoe shop in Callander in prep for winter.  Well a visit there always  ends with a photo of the seagulls. 
Today two young men arrived with  "carry outs" and the seagulls instantly swarmed around them recognizing the  fast food boxes , so much so  they gave up trying to eat and retreated to their car.
